Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital analysis, consulting services, and visual products, all sales from the Atelier and project-based work are considered final once delivery has occurred.

Refund requests for services are only considered prior to the commencement of the analysis or production phase. Once work has begun, time and resources are considered expended and are non-refundable.

Requests for refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction, change of mind, or altered project scope after work has commenced will not be honored.
